Costs that are built in is the size and weight of the piece (a 10" pieces costs less to ship than a 15" pieces even with the same weight because of the larger box required.) The post office charges for the distance a box will be shipped. The post office charge a premium on larger size boxes over 14" when shipped prioriry.
