Bag contains: State House, Wilbur Wright’s plane “The Flyer”, Larry Bird’s shirt #33 & basketball, State tree (tulip), Cole Porter’s piano & sheet music, Studebaker, The Golden Hawk & name banner. Santa holds Indi 500 trophy & finish flag.

STEP 1- To shelf cone 04 bisque, apply Colorwash Midnight Black to the entire santa.
STEP 2- Drybrush as follows: Beard, mustache and eyebrows: White. Hands and face: Medium Flesh. HL checks and mouth with Angel Blush. Coat, hat and pants: DB 2 coats of Garnet and 2 to 3 coats of It’s Red. Belt and boots: Coal Black. HL Charcoal. Santa’s bag: DB 2 coats of Garnet. HL 1 coat It’s Red. State House: White. HL Ivory. Dome area of state building: Congo Brown with white stripes. Plane: DB Fudge. Basketball: Natural Brown, HL Rust. Basketball shirt: Holly Green, HL Kelly Green. Piano: DB Charcoal. Accent with White. Car: Blue Ribbon, HL Party Blue. Music Sheet: White. Tree: Holly Green, HL Palmetto Green. Banner: Holly Green, HL Kelly Green. Trophy: DB Charcoal. HL Sterling Silver.
STEP 3- Apply Coal Black to the entire flag then apply 2 to 3 coats of It’s White to every other square.
STEP 4- Using a small #4 Round brush or a detail brush, apply the following: Belt and shoe buckle: Burnished Gold. Apply white to some of the squares on the trophy.
STEP 5- Using a small liner brush, apply the following colors: Eyes: White. Iris: Party Blue. Pupils: Coal black.
STEP 6- Apply a heavy coat of Textured Snow to all Santa’s fur. Let dry. Apply Opal Glitter It over the Textured Snow.
