STEP 2- Drybrush as follows: Beard, Mustache & eyebrows: Its white. Face and hands: Medium Flesh. HL cheeks and mouth with Angel Blush. Boots and belt: Coal Black, HL Charcoal. Coat and pants: Garnet then Its Red. Santas bag: Palmetto Green, LHL Melon. Sailboat: Rust. Sails: White. Flag at the top of the sails: Bumble Bee. Lighthouse: Bottom: Coal Black. Top: White. Very top: Coal Black. Tree: Palmetto Green, HL Harvest Gold. Base of lighthouse: Garnet. Water background: Blue Ribbon. Sky: Blue Ribbon, HL Gateway Blue. Horse: White. Rider: Pants: White. Coat: Coal Black with Red trim. Hat: Coal Black with White trim. Face: Medium Flesh. #1: Bumble Bee. Flowers: Angel Blush. Flower centers: Rust with dots of Bumble Bee. Leaves around flowers: Palmetto Green. Banner: Natural Brown, HL Rust. Rooster: Blue Ribbon, Gingerbread, Gateway Blue. Beak and foot: Bark. Wattle, and crest: Garnet. Flagpole: Coal Black. Raised stripes: Its Red. Area behind stars: Anchors Aweigh.
STEP 3- Using a small detail brush, apply the following: White to the stripes on the flag and White to the stars on the flag. Bumble Bee to all the windows on the top part of the lighthouse. White to the windows on the bottom area of the lighthouse. Burnished Gold to the belt buckle and to the boot buckle. Apply 1-2 coats of the following colors to the designated areas: Eyes: white. Irises: Party Blue. Pupil and lashes: Coal Black. Belt buckles: Brilliant Gold.
STEP 4 - Apply a thick coat of Textured Snow to the fur. Apply a coat of Opal Glitter It over the Textured Snow when dry.
