Safra Ceramics makes every effort to insure that our return policies are fair. We will gladly replace merchandise which is defective and accept items which was shipped to you in error. Items that have paint started on them will not be accepted. Sometimes a piece may not be cleaned 100% due to our error. That can be corrected with some sanding and does not have to be returned. Broken items which were insured should be brought to the post office We only request that you e mail or call us at 520 825-1105 to obtain advance authorization to return goods in question. We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on items which are not defective or broken as we no not keep a inventory on hand and we do not pay shipping for customer errors. Returned items must be mailed 30 days from date of reception. |
