Hi Saul,
I received the item (Victorian house/base & people, as well as the mini x-mas tree bonus u threw in) yesterday in the mail. Needless to say, my mom was thrilled with receiving that. I buy a lot of sportscards online, or at least I used to. When my mom saw the box, I pretended like it was a box of cards I had gotten off of eBay. I told everyone to clear the room, so as not to jinx me or my cards, as I am a bit superstitious when it comes to cards. As I was about to open it, my mom said she was going to leave the room. I told her not to. Then, when I opened the box, (had opened it earlier, and taken the pieces out of the newspaper, but left it in the bubble wrap) I motioned like I was about to open the make-believe sports card box, but instead said, here mom, I think you'll want this instead. My mom's mouth dropped, and was very surprised to say the least. It couldn't have come on a better day either, as she had had a bad day at work, so this was a real pick-her-upper. I knew my mom would be happy, but i didn't think she'd get this excited.
I know you probably just wanted confirmation on me actually receiving the product, but at the same time, I felt that telling a shortened version of my mom's happiness via your product, was just a little something I needed to say. I have to buy my brother and sister gifts for their birthday soon, but I will definitely be doing business with you and your company (not sure if you own it yourself or if you're part of a company) again, probably within a few months.

Thanks - I just got it this morning. I think I owe you some shipping $ which I will include in my next order. Everything is great!!! The bisque is really nice and I'm going to look forward to making them for my house. Just so you know, I tend to order these things longgggg before I can possibly work on them. I do that because I don't always have a lot of time to work on them but more importantly, I do it because I can figure out where I want them to go in my and what colors to paint them, etc. So in the future when I send you an order if it takes a little while before you can ship that's fine. Whatever is easier for you and keeps you even on the shipping costs. There are many things on your web site that I like so you'll be hearing from me again soon.

Saul - Just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the masks. The Pierot mask is delightful and is now painted and attached to the canvas. Steve, my instructor, told me that it looked a lot like me, especially the nose. That's pretty scary! Anyway, he too was impressed with the quality of the masks.
