HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY CERAMICS
After we get your order and we verify the credit card your order is put on our casting list.
We do not stock any pieces. All our items are cast and cleaned by hand and NOT by machine.
This is why we can not give larger discounts than listed.
It usually takes a week to ten days for this to happen.
Then your pieces are put into a kiln with all our other orders.
The total amount of time is usually 2 to 3 weeks but at Christmas time(from September through December)
it may take longer as the amount of orders is much larger.
Please be advised to order early so as to advoid delays.
We then take all the orders to the U.S. post office for shippment.
We DO NOT GO there every day as this is not time efficent.
As it gets later into the Christmas season it usually takes the post office longer to deliever your packages.
